End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement governs your use of Moloko Instruments products, including the plugins, samples, presets, interface, documentation, and related files (the “Product”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Product, you agree to the terms below.

1. License
Moloko Instruments gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product.
You may use Luch in your own music, sound design, recordings, videos, performances, and commercial
releases.

2. Free does not mean public domain
Luch is free to download, but it is still proprietary software and content.
You are allowed to use it.
You do not own the Product or its source materials.
All rights remain with Moloko Instruments.

3. What you may do
You may:

• install and use the Product on your own compatible systems;
• use it in personal and commercial music projects;
• publish music made with the Product without paying royalties.

4. What you may not do
You may not:

• redistribute, re-upload, share, resell, rent, or mirror the Product;
• repackage the Product or any part of it as your own instrument, library, or sample pack;
• extract and distribute the raw samples, layers, presets, or other source materials;
• remove branding, copyright notices, or license information;
• reverse engineer the Product except where applicable law clearly allows it.

5. Ownership
The Product is licensed, not sold.
Moloko Instruments keeps all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Product.

6. Support and updates
This is an independent release.
Support, fixes, updates, and future compatibility are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

7. Compatibility
You are responsible for checking that your system and DAW are compatible before installing or using the Product.

8. Disclaimer
The Product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system and setup.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Moloko Instruments is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.

10. Termination
If you break the terms of this agreement, your license ends automatically.
In that case, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies in your possession.

11. Changes
This agreement may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website is the current version for future downloads.
